Trigger menu from button?

    How do i trigger the mobile menu to show when you press a button on the site, in need a trigger shortcut or a trigger link.

    If you want to trigger the left menu add this class to the html element
    mobmenu-left-bt and for the right button add this on mobmenu-right-bt

    You can see it in my WP Mobile Menu site

    Hi again.

    Sorry I am not that technical in my site making, could you maybe share and easier step by step guide how to add that button? Right now I am using the Elementor page builder, is it possible to trigger the menu from its button widget?

    Sorry but there isn’t other way to talk about this I’m not using any jargon, you need to read some documentation about css. It is essencial to build a website.

    In the Elementor page builder the Button Widget has a field to provide an extra class.

    You just need to enter one of the css class I provided earlier in my reply depending if you want the button to open the left or the right button.

    Well it kin of works… But the problem is that I wanted the button to show the menu in desktop mode even though the mobile menu was disable (just shows on devices smaller then 1050 px) When you press the button and the mobile menu is not showing it just glitches, but if i change so the mobile menu always is the navigation bar instead of my main.nav it works.

    it is possible to trigger the menu even if the mobile menu itself is not showing?

    Well, you can increase the width trigger to a higher value instead of the current 1050px.

    And if necessary I can provide some css so you can hide the Mobile Menu header/buttons on resolutions higher then 1050px.
