I want to setup trigger like if unregistered user chats, after 3 messages it should ask user to register on the site to continue chatting. So I set it up like this-

But, the chatbot is not following this rule.

    Hi @webguru4u

This issue is fixed in the latest version. Pls update your plugin to 2.3.25 and give it a try.

Pls use “Block Message” instead of “Bot Reply” when choosing the action type.

It works now, BUT neither ‘Block Message’, nor ‘Bot Reply’ has the option to use html attribute like this-
To continue your free chat, register here

Only the plain url is clickable in Bot Reply option but it looks ugly to use full url, like this-
To continue your free chat, register here: https://mydomain.com/wp-login.php?action=register

How can we make contextual links in html format? Or can we use ‘placeholder’ for ‘register’ ? My main goal is to ask unregistered users after x messages, to register on the site to continue their chat.

    Hi @webguru4u

    Thanks for the update.

Since Triggers are a Pro (paid) feature, ww.wp.xz.cn forum rules don’t allow us to provide support for them here.

Please open a ticket via the plugin “Contact Us” section (inside the dashboard), and we’ll help you there right away.
