Hi, I had previously manage to add the tripadvisor widget without any issues but at some point recently after either uploading a new template or updating WordPress the widget no longer displays correctly. I have uploaded different templates, reverted to previous templates and even used the generic ones within wordpress but nothing works. I have added the trip advisor widget to my other sites without any problem so it’s not the code supplied by tripadvisor.
    Anyone help? url is http://www.stravaigin-scotland.com

    Hey Stravaigin,

Are you using a plugin for this? Then the best thing you could do is post your question in the plugin’s support forum. The plugin’s author will be able to answer your question much better. Thank you!

    Hi Ines,
No it’s not a plug in. Tripadvisor only supply a code snippet to be pasted into your site. I pasted it into a widget and was working perfectly until recently. I’m not a developer, I just muddle through as best I can but this is killing me, it’s the single most important thing on my site!
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Ian

    Hey Ian,

Sure, happy to take a look. I’m not seeing anything embedded in your sidebar at the moment. Could you make sure you post the snippet so I can take a look at it?

    Hi Ines,
    thank you so much.
I’ve added it again now in both the primary widget area and footer one widget.
If you need access to the back end let me know.
    Cheers
    Ian
