    hi peter,
    i contact tripolis and they updated one file so i can have my environment, but now i have some problem with the form, when i send it, it says “We were unable to handle your request, try again later”. i contact tripolis again with this issue but they said they cant help on this, can you?

    Hi Unfortunately it is a bit hard to debug why this happens with the current version. Something to improve upon. My first guess would be that your API user does not have enough permissions to access certain services and/or parts of Tripolis. When i tried restricting access i quickly ran into these kinds of problems.

    You may want to try giving the API user some wider access. Currently i run it (far from ideal, i know) as a ClientDomain administrator “Regular API” user, with access to all modules and submodules. Maybe you can experiment with these settings and see what works for you?

    Alternatively: you could try turning on WP_DEBUG and see if this will show you some more feedback.

    hi peter. talked with tripolis and is working. we haven’t used it yet but it working. marked as solved, thank you.
