trouble adding themes and plugins

    Anyone know why I might be required to use a password to install themes or plugins from my Admin account? Every time I try to add one of these I receive a message saying the username/password is invalid, even though I’ve checked and double-checked it for accuracy.

    Thoughts or advice?

    You are being asked for your FTP connection information (host, username and password). This additional step appears to be host-specific. If you don’t have those details to hand, contact your hosts.
