Trouble connecting Jetpack: xmlrpc.php not responding

    Hi Jetpack team,

    I’m having trouble connecting Jetpack on my self-hosted WordPress site (https://jivajourney.com). The plugin setup says it can’t reach xmlrpc.php and gives a connection error.

    I’ve already:

    Still, Jetpack is unable to connect.
    Would really appreciate your help to identify what else may be causing this. Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out, and for taking all those troubleshooting steps already, that’s super helpful.

    I checked your site at www.jivajourney.com, and it looks like Jetpack is now successfully connected.

    You can confirm the current connection status here: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=www.jivajourney.com.

    Perhaps you tried additional troubleshooting steps since you last reached out to us such as a reinstall and reconnection? If so, that would have helped your Jetpack installation by giving it a clean slate to begin.
