Trouble installing ww.wp.xz.cn?

    I’m currently using a Mac. I’m a mediocre on this and new to WordPress.
    My main reason on why I want to download the software is to install custom themes on my WordPress.com

    My problem here is I can’t understand the instructions quite well.
    Can anyone please explain how it works step-by-step?
