Trouble Loggin In

Yesterday my site was completely gone due to what seemed to be a WordPress issue. I had to reload WordPress through my Host, which then deleted everything I had written. Thankfully, it wasn’t much.

But now, I’m unable to login to my Dashboard. I was working on it earlier today, but cannot log in now. What is going on? I’m new to WordPress, so am I missing something?
