Trouble Shooting Application Acceptance

    I’m currently using WordPress version 4.2.2 and Job Manager version 0.7.20. I realize these are a little old, but the company I word for uses a framework for a chunk of our clients, so upgrading can create some rifts.

    Basically, my issue comes from a client who says their job listing form times out nearly every time someone tries to complete it, and that when someone does complete it, the application acceptance message is only displayed about 50% of the time.

    I’ve tested it, along with several other employees and we have all succeeded in getting the form to push through / get the acceptance message.

    Could this be some sort of timeout error? Any help would be appreciated.

    The problem is you are using an outdated version of WordPess and Job Manager.

    Both have had changes that address security issues and updates to PHP standards. It is highly advisable that you upgrade both.

    On the issue of timeout. That can happen depending on the number of applications and resumes stored in your system. This is why the upgrade is so important and why we detailed the steps to take in upgrading from 7.20.
