Trouble Syncing

My Square and WooCommerce products have been syncing for a couple days now. It’s under 200 products. It keeps getting stuck at either 51% or 73%. I’ve disconnected Square and reconnected it but still having the issue. Any ideas?

Can you please let me know which is your sync setting? It is WooCommerce or Square? Depending on that, the next steps to take might vary. And can you disable all other plugins on your site and keep only WooCommerce and Square active? Then try again to complete the sync, does that work?

It’s set to Square. I disabled all the other plugins and it still didn’t work.

As a first step, please enable logging under WooCommerce > Settings > Square.
Then, to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Square plugins are enabled, try to run a product sync and see if this works?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
