Trouble Updating Delivery Method

    We are currently using the WP e-commerce and the wpsc simple shipping plugins. During check we have an option to choose which delivery method to use during checkout. We need to update those methods but our consultant cannot find the file that points to [shoppingcart]

    When I go to edit the page all I see is [shoppingcart]

    Can anyone help???
