Not trying to hijack the thread, but I’m having a similar issue
Using 4.4 w/ Divi Theme 2.5.9
When I’m in SETTINGS > GENERAL > make a change and click SAVE CHANGES
I get the same error:
Taken to the /wp-admin/options.php page and gives the message ‘No Results Found: The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post’.

Are you using the Simple Side Tab plugin on your site? This thread is related to specific plugin issues.
If you are using the Simple Side Tab plugin, I suggest you switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen and try it again.
