Trouble with adding posts

So I’m a total newbie at wordpress. I recently updated from 3.6 to 3.8.1 and everything got completely messed up in the “add new post” area, even though the website is completely fine.

I keep getting these warnings on the side:

It keeps on repeating in the LifeStyle single post area, as well as post media, post slider, and SEO.

Please help! I totally don’t know what to do
