can you try disabling the HTML minification to see if that changes anything?
The same problem with disabling HTML optimization. Adding default charset to htaccess in cache folder didn’t help too

OK, can you try disabling just CSS or just JS optimization to see if one of those causes this?
Disabling CSS — and everything is working good! But i need css optimize worked =)
OK, so we’re getting closer to finding the root cause and fixing this for you. could you toggle some of the CSS optimization options to see if any of those change anything?
The problem disappears if “Inline All CSS” is disable.
And what happens if you activate “inline & defer” instead?
If inline&deffer — charset ok, but optimization in speed insights down from 91 to 58.
OK, could you do the following (sorry for all the questions, but as we can’t reproduce we rely on you here to understand what is wrong); copy the entire inlined CSS when “inline all CSS” is active into the “above the fold css”-field. Does this re-introduce the problem?
seems it’s worked, but on my other websites too many CSS and i don’t know what to paste there. i think must be another way…
I can not understand how the css files affect the encoding
it’s about multibyte characters and how some PHP-functions are multibyte-safe and others are not dimtirius. i must admit I’m fairly … new in this area as well.
