Trouble with image

    I’ve downloaded and created my Resume but my picture is being cropped at the bottom. I’m new to WordPress so I’m not clear what the process is to see the entire photo. It’s 200 x 200 but I tried reducing it and it still isn’t right.

    Can you point me in the right direction?
