It’s recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I disabled all plugins and there is still the same problem. No logo will display at all.

Please try deleting the theme and install a fresh copy as there might be some files missing. Please keep in mind that deleting and reinstalling the theme will not delete theme options as these are stored in the database.
