Trouble with new header using custom.css file

Trying to change header here http://www.remanents.com/blog/ using custom.css. Here’s code:

.custom #header { height: 201px; width: 901px; background: url(“/blog/wp-content/uploads/mystationerylifeheader3.jpg”) repeat-x;
}

Height and width have changed, but can’t find image. I have image FTP’d to website w/ path above.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks, John
