Trouble with Post Status for submitted posts setting

Hi,

I want my my users with previous published posts to be auto published when they submit something new but it doesn’t work for me.

Test:
1. I go to my site incognito and register a new account
2. I submit a post
3. I go to admin area and aprove publishing the post
4. I go back to my test user account and submit a 2nd post.
5. Hurray! It’s auto published! 🙂
6. I go back to my test user account and submit a THIRD post.
7. Noooo, this post is NOT auto published 🙁

So in my case it seems the Post Status for submitted postswith setting “Publish after 1 approved post” only works one time and then all future posts from that user needs to be approved by admin.

Cache has been completly emptied both from litespeed cache plugin and cloudflare.

Is there any known solution for this problem?
