    I’ve always encounter that too using other theme.

    The theme script should never be loaded on a plugin admin page. That’s an error in the theme that must be fixed.

    There is also jQuery UI loaded from a CDN – this is wrong too. This script must be loaded from WordPress, not from an external source. Some outdated plugins or themes do that, disable those.
