it is also telling me this
SendPress: We have upgraded your lists to a new format. Please check your widget settings to re-enable your list(s). | Hide Notice
I go into widgets and I can use any, when I try to pick on up and move it over to the side it doesn’t move, but everything starts to high light like I am doing a highlight and copy

rossmorrell? Just like email addresses user IDs and “email me for the password” get redacted.
If you need assistance please open up that site for viewing (just viewing) and describe what the problem is, steps you’ve taken, etc. in greater detail.
If you need more support than the forum offers then please consider hiring someone.

You can email me the password at Doug at sendpress dot com
I can take a look in the next few days. Sounds like a conflict, but not sure. You could try this article to eliminate other software.
http://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/
I’ll check with the dev team next week too to see if they have any thoughts.

Sounds like you upgraded from an old version. We changed some stuff which is what that upgrade message is telling you.
You could even try removing the widget and re-adding.
I don’t understand what your asking in the email, how do you propose I open up the site for viewing? I said you could email for the password as I didn’t want to post the password for all to see and have, I am sure you can understand that.
and what you mean I can hire somebody to fix, why would I do that? if I cant get any support for this why the hell would I pay somebody, just means I am glad I found out how shitty the support is before I put out the money for the pro version, I will just use another plugin before I would pay, there are certainly a lot of them out there.

I meant do not expect the plugin author to sign into your WordPress installation that way. That level of support really is beyond these forums.
In this case the plugin author has posted his email. When the plugin (or theme) author does that it’s tolerated.

See above text about “That level of support really is beyond these forums.” That plugin like the support here is free and voluntary. Asking for someone to login to your WordPress installation is outside of that level of support.
sorry misunderstanding, I didn’t realize about this support forum, was done for free by other people then the authors.

It was just a simple misunderstanding. It’s all good. π
Just as a primer though you might want to give the forum welcome a read. It explains lots about the forum here.

If you see a topic that you think you can help out in please feel free to do so. The more the merrier and everyone is welcome.

I think there is a browser issue. Try Chrome. We’re investigating, but I did get a list and the widget set up for you. I’ll be in touch.

I got your email with the logs.
The activation issue is strange. It actually seems like the file might be missing. Could you provide a directory listing?
ls -lh /home/u162587708/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sendpress/classes/
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Warning: include(/home/u162587708/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sendpress/classes/class-sendpress-sender-factory.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/u162587708/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sendpress/sendpress.php on line 179
We are aware of the uninstall issue from the logs below. That will be fixed soon. Next release I believe.
Fatal error: Class 'SendPress_Pro_Manager' not found in /home/u162587708/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sendpress/uninstall.php on line 23
If you want to post a jing here, that would be great.
ok I made the first part showing what’s wrong her eis the link to my youtube account where I have posted a video showing the problem. I am making the next one now and will post soon.

Ross,
Thanks for the videos. Those are actually very helpful. It confirms what I thought previously, which is that there is a theme conflict. Is this the theme that you are running?
http://themeforest.net/item/moviescope-responsive-wordpress-portal-theme/5645176
It looks like they have support as well. Since you purchased the theme from them, you may be able to get them to also take a look at where the conflict might be happening. Their support page is here:
http://velikorodnov.ticksy.com
We can take a look at the conflict as well if you are willing to e-mail me at the zipped up version of the theme. There is no guarantee we will be able to re-create the problem given that you have lots of other plug-ins, but it seems most likely that it is theme related and that would be a good start. Once we have access to the theme code and we can look at error logs on our servers, we might be able to track down the problem. but there’s no guarantee that we can fix, which is why it would be a good idea to open a support request with the theme developer as well.
This script error screenshot may or may not help them.

You can e-mail me the theme at the address you already have. I also wanted to let you know that part two of the video did not upload properly. I’m not able to view it so I missing a little bit in terms of how the issue occurs, but I think I have sufficient information. But if you have a chance to re-upload part 2, it wouldn’t hurt.
Thanks,
