Trouble with sorting products

    Hi, I want custom order of products on Product Archive. I’m using Universal Product Layout. When I choose “Product Type”:”Show by ID”, and “Ordey By”:”Menu order”, I still don’t get my custom ordering.
    In my Woocommerce appearance I have selected “Default product sorting”:”Default sorting (custom ordering + name)”.

    When I visit my product arhive it is order wrong. When I click other order and then back to defaul ordering it orders as intended.

    We have thoroughly read your message. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

    With due respect, I would like to inform you that the “Universal Product Layout” widget is not actually designed to be used on the Shop or Archive page. Even if you use the widget on the Shop or Archive page, it won’t properly function. You can use it on the other pages though. For example, on the homepage or other inner pages.

    Please use the “Product Archive” widget on the Shop and/or Archive page templates. Hopefully, it will fix the issue.

    I’m sorry for the mistake. I’m using WL: Product Archive Layout (Custom) widget. I meant to say that I have selected under widghte “Product Layout”:”Universal Style”.

    So I have Product Archive, and it is not working.
