Troubles in wordpress.com

*please not my version is pure guessing, as I have no clue of how to check*!!!

I have a blog on wordpress.com with the following problems

1. Cannot install any plugins as they seem to be reserved for .org profiles?

(Used Firefox but now changed to Chrome to get the version checker plugin, but still dont see any version)

2. Cannot put 2 or 3 images besides each other on my pages?

3. Cannot use css styling as this seem to be reserved for .org profiles?

4. Cannot change fonts when needed as this requires plugins or css coding?

5. When I reply to a comment on my blog my reply is all in bold which looks quite silly

6. Cannot find the WP version even now after 2 hours og intensive efforts

Hope any one can tell me how to fix those isues.
