Para quem já fez tudo seguindo o guia de solução e não conseguiu resolver.
Eu consegui resolver instalando a versão antiga do plugin (Versão 6.76).
bastou fazer o down-grade que carregou o arquivo normalmente e consegui migrar o site.

E onde conseguiram a versão 6.76, que já procurei por todo lugar e não encontrei, nos links que encontrei, ele descreve como versão 6.76 mas quando instala é na verdade a versão 7.5. Obrigado!
