Hello I love the plugin and using it for my couple of sites. But the plugin is not working on one of my sites where the custom taxonomy is store.

The related posts appear for another custom taxonomy “coupon” but not appearing for “store”. “Store” selection is not available in the plugin settings.

Kindly help.

My stores are listed here https://www.v7n.com/stores/, but the option to add “store” doesn’t appear on the plugin settings.

Please can you do a bit of troubleshooting with Query Monitor. I’d like to know what query you’re getting.

Also, I’m not sure how your setup is on that link above. Are those stores a custom post type? If so you can choose to limit to same post type.

Thanks for your suggestion Ajay.

Yes store is a custom taxonomy. I couldn’t find a way to solve this, so I have changed my site architecture to replace stores with coupons and things are working fine now.
