troubleshooting – multisite subsite admin access

Hi – thanks for your must-have plugin

I’m trying to determine what is default behavior or if I have another problem

on a multisite subsite admin dashboardis the subsite admin supposed to have access to the delete cache button in the admin bar?

it is displaying only for super admin, not sure if that is normal, if there is a setting to allow it, or if something else is causing issues
