Hello @theoacademy
I assume that there is a high possibility of conflict among other plugins. Can you kindly follow the steps mentioned below:
1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
solves the issue
2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to
rule out the conflicting plugin
3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme
4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
theme like Twenty Twenty and check
Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.
I really appreciate your help @jobayertuser,
I did the steps you indicated and the only one that offered me a solution (highlight the answer selected by the user) was to activate the default wordpress theme. However it is not a viable option for me because the whole appearance of my page depends on styles that come with the theme I am using. I really like the plugin (Tutor LMS) but I can’t abandon the theme I’m using, it would mean redoing the site. Is there any styling or solution I can add to this particular part of the plugin (true/false and multiple choice quizzes)?
Hello @theoacademy
I can understand that you can not change the theme but see it is really tough for us to make compatibility with every theme in the marketplace that’s we suggest overriding our tutor template.
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/override-templates/
But in some cases, the design does not match the theme in that case you have to manually set the CSS to fix it. I hope you will understand.
@jobayertuser I really appreciate your help. I will try to modify the styles from the templates or from the custom css. Again thank you very much for the support
