I’m afraid I don’t understand what your issue is. Do you mean that the Plugins screen (Dashboard » Plugins » Installed Plugins) only shows the first 11 plugins? Can you share a screenshot of the issue?
Also, if you could open Chrome’s Developer Tools and show its output, it’d be very helpful.
