Trustpilot import not working

    Hi,

    we try to get the latest trustpilot reviews, using the Strong Testimonials Importer, however it is not importing them.
    How is this import option supposed to work?
    Is there a way to fix this bug?

    Hi there,

    it seems to do the import but there are actually no new reviews being imported, even though there are a bunch of new reviews on https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cardonations4cancer.org

    So I looked at the log file and I noticed that the reviews are all received however they ALL have a rating of 0. Now according to the plugin settings, for them to be imported I would need a rating of 1-5.

    Could that be part of the problem? The missing ratings? If that is the case how can I make sure the rating are being received by the import plugin?
