trying this again- domain pointing

I have a question abouot getting my domain name to point to my wordpress blog? When I point my domain name to the wordpress folder ( public_html/msn/wordpress ) I get the my blog front page and sometimes the .css won’t load, no links or other pages can be found when I click on them. I’ve read almost every post on this and can’t find what I need to resolve this problem.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
