Trying to insert Reading Time

Hello.

I’m trying to inser Reading Time into WordPress with the Reading Time https://br.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/reading-time-wp/

How can I insert the correct shortcode to view Reading Time in each post from the index pag?

As you can see, the time only shows at the top from the first post. What I want to do is that time appear below to the excerpt link.
