Trying to Install Plugin

    I uploaded and installed the #Search IQ” plugin. Then I installed me API key. Then I tried to synchronize all the items that I want to appear in Search results. Then I got this notice:

    Document limit exceeded. Please contact SearchIQ support.

    Hi Lisa, we are able to see 4k indexed documents on your SearchIQ dashboard. Can you please confirm the document count showing in wp backend settings under the ‘Configuration’ tab.

    Yes, it shows 4000 results. I made a screenshot of the back end where it confirms this, but I cannot attach the shot here.

    Hi Lisa, we allow indexing 2000 documents in our ‘Free’ plan so you are getting the ‘document limit exceeded’ message. In case you need more documents, please subscribe to our paid plans.
    How many documents you have on the site?
