Trying to install wordpress but..

http://www.eskc.net was originally a php site but i gave up with that and used wordpress because it doesnt generate fuss when updateing the latest news. I am useing wordpress on my personal domain http://www.marcsblog.net. i had no trouble there. But this time when i enter the info in the config-sample file it comes up

I have changed the localhost to the accual host to my sql server. the sql server is up and running and the username and pass are ok.

any ideas what to do ?
