Trying to upgrade, link broken.

I’m helping a client with her website and she tried to upgrade Libreli. This is what she said:

“I tried purchasing the upgraded version and it recognizes my email address and wants me to log in. But the login link doesn’t work. So… could you reach out to the developer and find out how to get me in?”
