Turn off CSS

    The default CSS plugin settings make it hard for me to disable the plugin’s CSS rules. I need to totally disable the plugin’s CSS rules at they interfere with my theme CSS rules which require links etc to have a different color etc.

    We need a way to DISABLE the CSS settings entirely for this plugin:

    – use default CSS styles
    – hide default CSS styles
