Turn off Debug globally (multisite)

Wandering through my logs, noticed a lot of Postie Debug entries. Turns out that Postie Debug is enabled…on most of my multisites (there’s many).

So, before I spend (lots of) time going through the Postie settings for all sites, is there a way to turn off Debug globally – for all multisites? This would save me a bunch of time, and perhaps extend the life of my mouse buttons.

And, is Postie Debug set on by default?
