Turn off default table styles

Hi is there a filter or some way in code to disable the automatic styles that get inserted when you are inserting a table? More specifically, you can see on https://www.candogseatthat.com/vegetables/can-dogs-eat-artichokes/ I have a table which the first cell like “food safety” or “nutritional value” — those inline styles ‘style=”width: 50%;”‘ are inserted automatically. I have the table styles option in the wp admin panel off. Of course you can manually remove the styles after inserting a paragraph but I would love a way to do so by default.
