Turn off product data source

    We use a data feed for our FB product catalogue. The problem is that all our products on our woocommerce site are being pulled in to the catalogue. In our FB Catalogue Manager, I can see this extra data source as “Dynamic Instant Ads”, and as a source type of “App”. I assume that this is coming from Pixel Your Site, but can’t see how to turn it off. As we manually manage the data feed, we don’t want it automatically updating with all products. How do we stop this part of the automation?

    Hi,

    It doesn’t look like something related to our plugin.

    The best thing you can do is to contact Facebook’s support and ask about it.
