Turn Off Registration?

    People are self-registering for our site and I cannot figure out how. I have tried to approach the problem as an unregistered user and still, I only ever get the standard login form. Regardless of how they are able to register, I assume I need to turn OFF registration. I have read through the documentation but I cannot find any clear info on where one would turn registration off. The topic is discussed but unless I am just completely missing it, I can’t figure out HOW to turn it off. Any assistance is appreciated.

    Check your WP settings in Settings > General. If “anyone can register” is checked, then you are allowing registration through your wp-login.php page.

    Also consider if you have registration available through some other plugin (such as bbPress, WooCommerce, BuddyPress, etc).

    I do not have “anyone can register” checked and we have no other plugins like bbPress, WooCommerce or BuddyPress.
