If you’d like to hide the “Purchase and earn X Points” message on the product page, you can do so by selecting “Hide the message” under the “Where to show the message?” setting.

To find this setting, simply follow this path:
WPLoyalty → Campaigns → Select your “Points for Purchase” campaign → Scroll down to “Advanced Settings.”
Also, could you please clarify if the issue is related to the “You may also like…” or “Related products” sections?
