    The plugin installation and setup went smoothly, and I got the message “Keys Validated”. The plugin is set to run on the Contact page. When I access the page, the following message appears in Console: “[Cloudflare Turnstile] Unable to find onload callback ‘onloadTurnstileCallback’ after 1 second, expected ‘function’, got ‘undefined’.” There is also no recaptcha_cookie being loaded. What do I need to do to fix this error?

    Hi,

    I visited your site and was able to view several pages without any issues. The message appearing in the console is not an error; it’s just a warning and does not affect the proper functioning of the site.

    When I navigated through different pages on your site, I encountered no problems, and the initial screen message and console warnings did not reappear.

    Please try browsing with an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Clear your browser’s cache and let me know if you experience any issues while navigating the site.

    Indeed, on the contact page the Cloudflare warning still appears in my console, and I don’t recall if the cookie-related box appeared the first time.

    I suggest installing our free WPTools plugin and also checking our troubleshooting and conflicts page for more details.

    I also suggest testing with free Google’s reCAPTCHA to see if it works better. Our plugin supports both options.

    I forgot to mention the cookie. Remember: Your browser needs to have cookies enabled.

    Thanks for the quick response!

    I am viewing in Chrome v131.0.6778.140 browser. I do have cookies enabled as I can see others loading. I already tried turning off all the plugins except this one and switching to Twenty Twenty-Four theme to confirm there are no conflicts. The site is running WP v6.7.1 and all plugins are up to date. WP_DEBUG does not display any errors.

    I just tried reCATPCHA, and it did not seem to work. There is no recaptcha_cookie being loaded. Is there any other way to confirm if this is working on a page?

    I can see this information in your console:

    Also, remember that WP Engine is a hosting provider that operates slightly outside the standard norm, and there have been issues with WordPress on their platform. They said: … our platform’s enterprise-grade technology automates threat detection to block 72M attacks daily…

    I don’t believe our plugin is activated or working on the contact page.

    I have the plugin installed on two pages on our server—one with Cloudflare and another site with Google. It works well on both. See below:

    I see two options:
    a) Install our WPTools free plugin and monitor the errors being captured, especially JavaScript errors.
    or
    b) Visit our support site and provide information so we can investigate your site.
