    Hi @largbasket,

Thank you for the advice. I sent an email to themeum support as you suggested.

    Cheers,

    Same issue

Yes, but this is more of a design/template related problem. You can edit the template for an immediate fix. šŸ™‚

    No, sir.
I am using the Astra theme and the same problem remains no matter which theme I change.

Also, site A created with Astra works fine, but the login modal does not work on site B which I copied for testing.

it seems to depend on the server, server A has no problem but server B has a login modal issue.

    Dear @sevenseconds777

On Tutor 2.0.1 we removed the login modal and we keep a simple login system. Please use Tutor 2.0.1. The issue will be solved.

    Thank you

    I’m sorry.

The login form in 2.01, not the login modal, does not go to the dashboard.

It stays on the login screen

However, this is a server issue and it is working on a different server.

    Dear @sevenseconds777

Then these issues happened to the server-side cache system or server-side optimization.

    Thank you

    Dear @largbasket,

If this is a server issue how does it work on the old versions 1.9.8 and 1.9.16 (on the same server)?
The users still can not log in properly. And reverting to a version prior 2.0 it’s not the best case scenario.

    Dear @georgevoronca

On Tutor LMS 2.0 we use ajax based login. So the login system will work faster than before. But if you use any cache system, then it blocks the ajax.

    Dear @largbasket,

As I mentioned in my first thread I disabled any cache system but nothing changed.
I tested it on both Chrome and Firefox browsers (with or without hard refresh).

    Dear @largbasket

I sent an email to contact themeum support two days ago as you suggested within an earlier reply. No response yet.

Hi @georgevoronca, any solution? I have a serious and similar problem. Before, it was enough to click on the Tutor course link and call the login page, with the update the login page disappeared.
