[Tutorial] Two-level menus with Pages

    It has been asked many times. We always had to start to explain it from the beginning.
    SO I decided to write up a short guide how to create a two level menu with Pages: horizontal top for parents and children in the sidebar.
    As usually, it is in my Playing with WordPress playground…
