For Terms of Service you just need to make sure you have a page for that set in the general WooCommerce checkout settings. That setting is not part of our plugin directly, but then if that page is set, our plugin will enforce it on the review page that gets displayed after the user is returned from PayPal.
As for cart and checkout pages being hidden, I guess I’m not sure what you’re referring to..?? This could mean a lot of different things depending on the theme that you’re using and how you have the gateway settings configured.
