Tweet Only During Specific Time Range

With the current setup, Tweetily will post 24 hours a day. Is there a way to configure it to only tweet during a certain time range? Ex: Only tweet from 5:00am until 9:00pm.

It seems like a waste for me to be tweeting automatically at 2am.
