TwentyTen – error

Hello, Ill try again.

Ive loaded WP3.01 on localhost using XAMP 1.73 on vista 64bit. When I navigate to site, header on Twenty Ten theme has somehow right justified. Im unable to reset and have attempted reinstalling but problem persists?
Was wondering if anyone else has encountered same and what was done to correct this?
