Twitter and Bit.ly

Everything looks right but if you click on the shorten link it redirects you to domain/%5ehttp://198.144.116.164/$.

I tried one hour to get it work, but no success.

The link which is saved in my bit.ly stuffs works fine and redirects correctly to my site but not if the link is generated by your plugin.

Any idea?
