Twitter and Facebook posting problems

    Hi Support,

    Since im waiting for a reply on a ticket for several days and a new problem showed up on another platform im posting my issues here.

    1-
    TWITTER NOT POSTING.

    When i post a test post it works, but when i use autopost it doesnt.
    It worked always from start but i noticed many wordpress update emails from my sites and since that time it doesnt work anymore…

    FACEBOOK NOT POSTING MY SETTINGS

    I have my settings like the one on http://www.nextscripts.com/snap-features/facebook-post-types/. text post with attached blogpost>Share a link to your blogpost.
    I have inserted the tags: New %CATS%: %TITLE%

    Doesnt matter what i do it always comes up as a link to my blogpost without the desired TXT.
    When i post a test post i get the text above my link just like the way i want it….

    Hope i get some support here guys.

    This means you are posting an empty message. Twitter does not allow that. Please put something to the “Message format” field.

    2. Can you send me a screenshot of your Facebook configuration in the plugin?

    You can send screenshot to [email protected] or just paste it to http://snag.gy/ and give me the link to it.
