Possible a conflict with your theme. Were those two buttons enabled on other pages that you have created? You might have set it to all your pages that is why the buttons show up. Can you share the site URL?

I see them only through chrome and the addon Ghostery (that checks trackers on the page).

Possible that it is a browser extension and not part of your site. I have checked the page using different browsers and I don’t see anything about the Twitter button.
Users that will access the site will not see if they check https://kreative-auszeit.com. They will only see the content that you have added to the builder.

Our developer confirmed that this is not from SeedProd. Possible one of your plugins or part of your theme settings. What can be done is to disable plugins one by one or set the theme to default to check the culprit.
