Twitter Callback url

I’m looking to purchase the Woocommerce follow ups emails plugin. It says you need to create an API with Twitter in order to thank customers for their purchases on this particular social media platform. I thought I’d try and do this prior to the $99 investment. The Woocommerce documents states that a callback url similar to http://www.example.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=twitter-oauth needs to be inputted into the Twitter app details. When you add this into the field you immediately receive a “query parameters are not allowed” message. This email follow ups plugin seems very buggie looking at the changelog hence why I thought I’d check out some of the necessary interfaces in advance. Wondering what Woocommerce suggest as your https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automated-follow-up-emails-docs/creating-and-enabling-twitter/ documentation doesn’t appear correct.
