    Hi @sartym,

    1) Make sure you are running the latest version of the Feed Them Social free plugin (currently 2.9.6.5) as some Twitter bugs have been addressed with the most recent update.

    2) You need a public Twitter account to log into to be able to acquire a Twitter access token.

    3) In your Twitter account (within the Twitter app) please make sure that your settings are all set to public and there are no age or country restrictions set.

Lastly, if the above steps have not addressed the issue, please delete the FTS plugin. Then re-install and try again to gain a Twitter access token via your public Twitter account.

    Best regards

Well I finally solve it – I removed all 4 fields, save it, cleare the cache and I use the button to get automatically tokens. I don’t know why it’s working now, but the most important thing is it’s working.

    Hi @sartym,

It sounds like a Twitter glitch. Sometimes when the social media platforms, or their respective APIs, go down globally or locally, this can happen. Luckily, when this does happen, the social media platforms get it sorted within a few hours at the most. Once that is sorted, FTS can reconnect to acquire a token.

Whether or not this was exactly what happened, we are glad to hear this has been resolved for you.

    Best regards
